QIRAVENOLUMLOOK CLOSELY. FIND THE ROUTE.

MAKE THE PUBLISHED RULES TANGIBLE

A paper kit you can actually use.

Four printable sheets: rules, reel strips, player records and a viewing frame. These simple parts implement the same manual game as the local practice.

Qiravenolum concept illustration of the manual reel board

Print, assemble and keep a written score.

Use A4 paper, scissors, a pencil and a spare card sheet for the frame. Print at 100% scale with browser headers and footers off. The print layout contains four pages; the colour artwork elsewhere on this website is illustrative and is not a promise of a boxed product.

The print dialogue lets you select a printer or save a PDF using your browser.

The complete table reference

Set up two to four players

Cut the three strips and the frame windows. Place each strip behind its matching window. Align LEFT at Cherries (1), MIDDLE at Grapes (3) and RIGHT at Seven (5). Three consecutive symbols should appear in every column. Give each person a record panel and an unused Strike mark.

Choose a first player and keep the same clockwise order for six complete rounds. Each person receives six turns. Mark the current round on sheet 3. Point coins and collection badges may be recorded with a pencil; loose tokens are optional.

Take one legal turn

  1. Move exactly one strip by one printed row, up or down. Up advances its top visible index; down reverses it. Wrap 6 back to 1, or 1 back to 6.
  2. Select one whole row or one full diagonal from the five routes below.
  3. Optionally spend your unused Strike to copy a symbol from that selected route into one other position on the same route.
  4. Record the award and matched identity, then pass to the next person. The reel position remains in place; any Strike copy ends after counting.

Count exactly one route

All different: 1 point, no matched identity.
One pair: 2 points and the matching identity.
Three matching: 4 points and the matching identity.

Fruit, Bell, Seven and Coin follow the same values. Record the identity once for a matching route; the final variety bonus counts each different type once.

Keep or spend Strike

Each player has one Strike for the entire game. It copies an identity already present in one of the other selected spaces. It can make a pair or complete a triple, but cannot increase the award for a natural triple. Mark it as used when collecting the copied result.

Finish after six rounds

Add collected points + twice the number of different matched identities + 1 for an unused Strike. Higher total leads; ties are compared by distinct identities. If both remain equal, share the result.

This prototype has no monetary stakes or redeemable prizes. The rules are original to this independent interpretation, not the commercial Coinstrike game's rules.

Three repeating symbol strips

Cut around each strip's outer border. Both copies of the six-symbol loop are identical; the second copy makes the last positions easier to display. Follow the numbered sequence and keep a top-window index from 1 to 6. When wrapping, reposition to the equivalent printed sequence so three symbols remain visible.

A visible record for every seat

Round: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 — circle each round only after all players have finished it. Use two, three or four record panels. A mark in the Strike column means the card has been spent for the rest of this game.

The three-window frame

Print at 100% scale. The dashed openings are 40 mm wide and 48 mm high, matching three 16 mm rows on the strips. Check the scale before cutting; a ruler should confirm the window dimensions. Use adult assistance where appropriate for scissors or craft tools.

Assemble a simple manual rack

  1. Attach the frame to a spare card sheet before cutting its three openings. Keep the holes unobstructed.
  2. Slide the labelled strips behind the windows. The frame should hide unused symbols above and below each window; cover any remaining exposed length with plain paper.
  3. Align the START labels at the top of their windows: Cherries on the left, Grapes in the middle, Seven on the right. Check that every window shows exactly three symbol rows.
  4. Hold the frame flat while sliding one strip by one row. Use removable paper clips on stationary strips if they drift. The paper mechanism has no automatic spin or random stopping point.
  5. Keep the five-route reference within view. Record points and identities on sheet 3, so separate printed coins and badge piles are optional.

The opening, read across each row

Upper: Cherries / Grapes / Seven.
Middle: Lemon / Bell / Coin.
Lower: Grapes / Seven / Cherries.

If a column differs, reset its top index before the first turn. After play starts, retain the position left by each movement.
